Aave Snapshot vote opens Oct 21 on expanding SVR liquidation-recapture to Avalanche, Polygon and BNB Chain

Per the Aave DAO Snapshot proposal '[ARFC] SVR Expansion: Next Phase of Multi-Network Expansion' by TokenLogic, Aave's SVR mechanism (which auctions oracle-update liquidation rights so the protocol recaptures value, shared 65% Aave / 35% Chainlink) has processed about $877.6M in liquidation volume and over $21.3M in gross revenue, with about $13.9M accruing to the Aave DAO since launch. The proposal recommends prioritizing Avalanche, Polygon and BNB Chain V3 deployments for new SVR integrations, estimating they would have added about $1.81M in DAO revenue over the past year, and also identifies ways to improve recapture on large Ethereum liquidations. The Snapshot vote is scheduled from Oct 21 to Oct 24, 2026 (UTC).
