Aave proposals would bring USAT to Aave V4 on Avalanche, with a permissioned GHO Stability Module
Aave Labs filed a Direct-to-AIP proposal to onboard Anchorage-issued USAT to the Aave V4 Core Instance on Avalanche, and TokenLogic proposed a permissioned GHO Stability Module whose first use would be USAT on Avalanche.

Aave Labs' proposal would onboard USAT (Tether America USD), a dollar stablecoin issued by Anchorage Digital Bank, N.A., a federally chartered, OCC-supervised national trust bank. The post says USAT is subject to the GENIUS Act and redeemable 1:1 for U.S. dollars. It follows the Direct-to-AIP route, and risk parameters will come from the Risk Service Providers.
Separately, TokenLogic proposes a Permissioned GHO Stability Module (GSM) that lets approved counterparties exchange eligible assets for GHO and back, with participant-level access controls. The first application would support USAT on Avalanche: USAT stays supplied to Aave V4, while the GSM holds waUSAT, the receipt token.
