SAEP-24 would let Spark curators take risk-reduction actions without a governance poll
Phoenix Labs submitted SAEP-24, which would amend Spark's Risk Curation Framework to give standing approval to a closed list of risk-reduction actions and align with Sky timelock requirements.

The proposal would give a Curator standing approval, without a governance poll, for a closed list of risk-reduction actions: reducing a cap, removing an account from the Allocator role (or any role that can allocate funds or raise caps), and cancelling pending changes under the existing Cancellation Reasons. It would also let a cancellation authority holder reduce caps or deallocate funds in defined cases, and bring the framework in line with Sky timelock requirements.
